Rules for Residents.

1. No attacking other Residents, and no attacking any other nation or town under the Boria Banner.

2. NO shops, houses, or buildings may be built with out prior permission from the proper channels.

3. ALL shops MUST be okay-ed before being installed, and the location must be acceptable (I.E. no shop in the middle of residential )

4. If a Congressmen tells you something they have rights over citizens, you must obey.

5. As a citizen you are allowed to apply for jobs (it may be with town services, or working for a shop owner, I.E. Black smith hires a miner to do the mining) you must spend up to 1 hour working, if its for town services all materials you gain go to the city and you are giving your pay.
